This is a study written for one of my students addressing a number of relevant technical issues mainly to do with placing fingers together and reaching for the Low G on the 6th string
It can also be used as an exercise to reinforce the role of the upper left arm in moving up and down the neck by playing sliding octaves on the 5th and 2nd strings where they occur in the reiteration of the melody.
